Silver Face Wood Veneer, fully working order. This amp has Pre-Outs.

In the 1970's Sony was still making decent gear. This one has pre outs, which enables the unit to act as a preamp or power amp. It looks amazing, lights up and sounds great. There are a few marks visible on the veneer that do not descratch from the overall condition.

Essentially a duplicate of the lower-priced, lower-powered Sony STR-6036/6036A, but with enhanced power, a hi-filter switch and a mic mixing option. 20 watts per channel at 8-ohms (compared to 15 watts for the 6036/6036a), the 6046 allows for the MIC inputs to be mixed with any other input source (AM, FM, Phono or Aux).
