Top copy, very rare folk album, it will be very hard to find a better first press copy. Harry Chapin LIVING ROOM SUITE. First US pressing 1978 on Elektra. Sleeve in excellent condition, strong straight uncrushed spine, very minimal storage wear if any, slooks amazing, 35 years old!. The sleeve and inner sleeve has a TAX cut bottom left. Inner lyric sleeve in excellent condition.The vinyl is in excellent condition, superficial marks on vinyl if any, minor spindle marks and minor background noise in places. I only sell records that are in very good to near new condition. I do not sell records that are warped or jump. All records will be posted with extra card stiffeners. If you feel the record is not as described I will give a full refund.
